Judicial Board

The Interfraternity Judicial Board consists of a maximum of six (6) undergraduate members and at least two (2) alternates.  These positions are selected based on written application submitted to the Parliamentarian.  The responsibilities pertaining to the Judicial Board apply to all areas concerning fraternities and fraternity relations.  The Judicial Board has the authority to act on any incident report involving a member fraternity.  As well as incident reports, the IFC Judicial Board will also have authority to hear alleged violations of recruitment/rush rules.  The Judicial Board exists in order to maintain a safe and cooperative existence between all member fraternities of the IFC.
